An intimate and safe space to open the heart, awaken kundalini energy, and elevate consciousness through breathwork, movement, and the internal activation of one's creative/sexual energy. Practices are individual and fully clothed. Participants with hypertension should notify the facilitator to adjust the practices accordingly.
